A classic 1950's ranch style house was restored with modern materials to recreate the original design intent. Leaky windows were replaced with insulated glass store front systems. Parquet wood and marble tiled floors were restored. Kitchen and lighting systems were updated. After researching mid-century schemes, a five colored palate was applied to compliment to existing exposed brick to restore the house to its original glory.
